Charitable Realty Mission Statement
Charitable Realty Agents donate 10% of their total commission earned on each purchase or sale of real property for clients working
directly with Charitable Realty Agents. Donations will be made in the clients’ name to the charity of their choice at the close of escrow through a reduction in Charitable Realty Agent commission, provided the client signs a donation agreement addendum.
All donations are made at the clients’ discretion to a registered 501c3 charity, and in no way imply or constitute a relationship between Charitable Realty Agents and any partner organization. The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) requires all donations to be voluntary and that no finders or referral fee will be paid to any organization.

Charles Jowell, Broker
Charles Jowell attended Arlington State College and has worked in Real Estate in the DFW area since 1965. He has worked in sales and development of new subdivisions in Arlington and Mansfield. He is responsible for many Pulte developments in the DFW MetroPlex. Charles has been very active with the Arlington Board of Directors. He is a grandfather of two, a cancer survivor, and he & Lynda have been married for more than 52 years.

Lori Ann Fowler, Lead Sales Agent
Lori Fowler received a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, and an MA & BA in Sociology from California State University. She has published more than 50 academic works, has served as a criminal profiler and has offered over 500 volunteer hours among ten different non-profit organizations. She is a 2nd generation Realtor – her father has been in real estate since 1971. She enjoys teaching at TCC in Fort Worth & lives in Aledo with her husband and 4 teenagers.

Laura Eudaly Santana, Sales Agent
Laura Santana is a lifelong Ft. Worth, TX resident and she holds a BS in Home Economics from University of North Texas. Most of her career experiences have been in sales and merchandising as well as devoting many hours in volunteering for local community, church and school positions while raising three children. She enjoys travelling and nature and lives in Aledo with her husband, Pete, of 26 years.
